General introduction

The Vietnam Electronics Design Competition 2026, abbreviated as VEDC 2026, is an annual academic playing field led by the Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam. This year's theme is Embedded AI for Smart IoT Systems, continuing the success of the Vietnam Electronics Design Competition 2025 with the theme Embedded Systems and IoT Technology.

The Vietnam Electronics Design Competition carries the mission of organizing a hands-on academic playing field that encourages students nationwide to create, design, and bring to life electronic products applying smart embedded systems and IoT technology to solve practical problems serving everyday life. Through the competition, the Organizing Committee aims to identify and cultivate high-quality technical human resources for the country, while building a solid bridge between school-based education and the real-world needs of enterprises.
